A sought-after speaker on technical leadership and team effectiveness with a passion for lifelong learning, I’m always immersing myself in podcasts for business and leadership development techniques. With over 5 years of real world experience implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) tools and processes to help businesses thrive, I know that leadership excellence is paramount to those successes.

Grounded with a B.A. in Communication, I’ve coupled my education and experience with various certifications to enhance my skills in coaching senior leaders and women in technology to improve their team and individual effectiveness. In addition, I believe that frameworks and practices to help leaders 1:1 is vital, so I’m currently in mentorship for professional coaching to obtain my ACC through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
